New on the Winter Menu

A delicious recipe from a friend in Austria – it’s simply called Austrian Hash. 

Kane our Kitchen Manager has devised a couple of delicious dishes

A lunch time meal – it’s his Special Chicken Chip Shop Style Curry with Rice and 
Teatime Soup – Curried Sweet Potato & Red Pepper Soup – this is served with a wholemeal roll.  These rolls are specially baked for us by Antonis Bakery in Liverpool.  Katy get’s into work at 6 in the morning and they have been magically delivered during the night!
 
Mike one of our chef’s has come up with is Chinese Sweet & Sour Pork dish – it is yummy.
 
Other new dishes Katy has devised is the Crispy Topped Cumberland Pie and the Savoury Vegetable Cobbler.
 
Back on the desserts menu is our favourite – Sticky Toffee Pudding – we also serve this is our café – it’s a hit with our regular customers.
